Pre Contract Services was established in early 2016 by an industry professional with the aim of providing tender and general pre contract services, typically to WA based Civil Infrastructure and Mining Services Contractors.
Due to demand, we have now expanded our team and the range of services on offer with the aim of meeting the business development needs of the engineering and construction industries in a ‘one stop shop’.
Our team’s combined experience and expertise means you are guaranteed a professional and comprehensive service, and our flexibility makes us the perfect choice for any company looking for assistance with its business development and pre contract work, no matter how big or small.

Dave Jones
Director
Dave is a Chartered Engineer with a decade’s experience in estimating roles. Before establishing Pre Contract Services, Dave was Bid Manager/Senior Estimator with a proven track record of consistently securing major tenders for both government and private clients in Western Australia and in the UK.
Dave’s eighteen years civil engineering experience encompasses civil/marine/commercial estimating, EOI bid management, site management, commercial and risk management. He is experienced in the following specialist IT packages; Expert Estimator, Candy, Estimator VJ and Conquest, Microsoft Project, Primavera SureTrak, as well as being highly efficient in all Excel applications.
Since establishing Pre Contract Services, Dave has consistently secured and delivered high quality work to tight deadlines; as evidenced by his high number of repeat clients all over WA.
Beth Jones
Written Communications Specialist
Beth is a written communications specialist with 17 years’ experience working at a strategic level in the community, public and private sectors in Australia and the UK in political relations, corporate services and communications roles. She is passionate about the written word and helping organisations and individuals to communicate their message in the clearest and most effective way possible.
Her proven ability to translate complex information into clear and effective written communications is complimented by her extensive experience of communications, including those at a senior level across State government and the WA public sector, along with an excellent understanding of political structures and processes.
With a wealth of experience of writing in a wide variety of mediums for a diverse range of audiences, Beth is well recognised for consistently delivering high quality work.
Pre Contract Services also draws upon the expertise of other trusted contractors where a different perspective or skill set is required.
